WAIVER OF ALIMONY CLAIMS FOR SPOUSAL SUPPORT: In consideration of the terms of this Agreement, the Husband hereby waives, relinquishes, and renounces permanently and forever any and all rights or claims, he may have now or may hereafter acquire against the Wife in and to receive alimony payments from the Wife as well as any other rights he may have in accordance with Section 15-5-16.1 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended.
In consideration of the terms of this Agreement, the Wife hereby waives, relinquishes, and renounces permanently and forever any and all rights or claims, she may have now or may hereafter acquire against the Husband in and to receiving alimony payments from the Husband as well as other rights she may have in accordance with Section 15-5-16.1 or the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended.
